New Brand, New Website, New Business: The Roof Doctors Website Redesign

When a business expands its services, its website needs to grow with it.

That's exactly where we started with Roof Doctors of Georgia.

The company had already established itself in the insulation industry, offering services like spray foam insulation, fiberglass insulation and attic solutions throughout Coastal Georgia and South Carolina.

They were ready to take the next step by introducing roof rejuvenation services, giving homeowners an alternative to replacing aging asphalt shingles.

That meant more than adding another service page. They needed a new brand identity, a website that could support both sides of the business and a marketing strategy designed to turn visitors into customers.

Building a Website Around Business Growth

One of the biggest mistakes I see with website design is focusing entirely on how the site looks without thinking about what it's supposed to accomplish.

A website should be one of your hardest-working sales tools.

For Roof Doctors, we wanted a modern, professional design that immediately communicated their services, built confidence with homeowners and made requesting an estimate incredibly simple.

We developed the new website around a strong visual identity, clear service messaging and a mobile-friendly experience.

We also built out dedicated pages for their insulation and roof rejuvenation services, with content structured around the questions homeowners are asking and the services they're searching for.

This matters for traditional SEO, local search and the growing role of AI in how customers discover businesses.

Turning Website Visitors Into Actual Leads

Getting people to your website is only half the job.

What happens once they arrive?

For Roof Doctors, we made lead generation a priority throughout the entire design.

Clear calls to action, prominent phone numbers and easy-to-use estimate forms give visitors multiple ways to contact the company without searching around the website.

We also incorporated
Housecall Pro into the lead management strategy, with the goal of connecting website inquiries to the company's CRM workflow and making it easier to manage new customer opportunities.

For home service companies, the experience shouldn't stop when someone submits a form. That lead needs to be received, followed up with and ultimately turned into a booked job.

The website and the systems behind it should support that entire process.

The Results Started Coming in Immediately

One of the best parts of launching a new website is seeing it start doing what we designed it to do.

Within the first week of the new Roof Doctors website going live, the company was already generating leads and booking jobs.

That's exactly the kind of early momentum we want to see.

The business now has a website that reflects its new direction, introduces roof rejuvenation to potential customers and continues supporting its established insulation services.

And as the company grows, the website is positioned to grow with it.

Website Design Is Marketing, Not Just Design

After more than 20 years in marketing, I approach website projects a little differently.

I want the design to look incredible, but I also want to know how we're attracting the right customers, what we're asking them to do and how we're tracking the opportunities that come through.

Your branding, SEO, customer experience, calls to action and lead management should all work together.

For Roof Doctors, a new brand and an expanded service offering created an opportunity to build something that supports the next stage of their business.

New look. New services. New leads. New business.

That's what a website redesign should accomplish.
